I clicked on the “map” and the below message is what I saw:

We’ve been receiving your reports about gameplay issues, such as stuck marches, game timeouts, or ‘Realm is Busy’ messages. We have several engineers focused on the problem now, learning more about the underlying cause and how to fix it.
As we learn more, I’ll give you updates here.
Current Information:
Our engineers have created fixes for the various problems that have occurred this week, and we believe that ‘Realm is Busy’ messages and stuck marches are back down to normal levels.
